Next Business Day Shipping: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on a non-business day will be shipped on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Days: Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business or delivery days, even for orders with expedited shipping.
5. Important Notes Regarding Your Order After Shipment:

No Changes Allowed: Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot make any modifications or cancellations to the order.
6. Shipping Address and Delivery Authorization:

Physical Street Address Required: All orders require a valid physical street address for delivery.

PO Boxes Not Eligible for UPS: Shipments to PO Box addresses are generally not eligible for delivery by UPS and may result in additional charges.

Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

No Redirection After Shipment: Once a shipment has been dispatched to the address you provided, it cannot be redirected to a different address under any circumstances.

Signature Required Upon Delivery: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Delivery to Others: If the shipment is signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order at the provided address, we are not responsible for the package after it has been delivered.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

If the first delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as an incorrect address, the recipient not being available, or the premises being locked, a second delivery attempt may be made with an additional delivery fee.

If the second attempt also fails, the package may be held at a local UPS facility for pickup for up to 5 days from the date of the first delivery attempt.

In the event of emergencies such as severe weather or natural disasters, Nothing But LEDs reserves the right to reschedule deliveries. You will be promptly informed of any such changes.

If you request to cancel an order due to such delays, or if a shipped order is not received due to reasons beyond our control, a refund will be processed after a thorough investigation.
